Description

The brace frame is a steel truss support for plywood forms using embedded anchor bolts without form tie, so it is the most popular product in Korea because of easy install and good quality While existing plywood forms is installed using the expensive Diwydag bolts as an embedded anchor bolt, the SB-DR clamp uses on-site steel remnants as the embedded anchor bolt to reduce material costs by half.

① Install underground anchors before pouring floor concrete. (80~120mm between marked lines on retaining walls and concrete sides)
② Pour and cure floor concrete.
③ Arrange steel on wall and set form.
④ Install one brace frame per anchor under the ground.
⑤ Attach support to the form by fastening an anchor fixture.
⑥ Adjust vertical alignment by jack base.
⑦ Pour and cure concrete.
⑧ Release anchor fixture and dismantle brace frame.
