SB Column Steel Form

SB column steel form comprises a reinforced steel panel integrating a steel  plate, common joist  and sleeper. Unlike existing column formwork, this system form is assembled on the floor in advance and installed on site using equipment.

While the existing column formwork repeats the entire processes of assembly and dismantlement,  the SB column steel form is a stable and rapid method because it repeats only the process needed to fasten and loosen the Dywidag bolts of the triangle connector.

Wall Steel Form

The wall steel form is an integrated steel form. It is a large steel gang form suitable for large wall works including inner or outer walls, power plants or docks due to superior material strength. Holes are at 300mm intervals facilitating sleeper placement. Work hours and number of workers can both be reduced thanks to the large form dimension that are installed all at once.

Brace Frame for single sided wall

The brace frame is a steel truss support for plywood forms using embedded anchor bolts without form tie

While existing plywood forms is installed using the expensive Diwydag bolts as an embedded anchor bolt, the SB-DR clamp uses on-site steel remnants as the embedded anchor bolt to reduce material costs by half.

TCS  for single sided wall

A TCS is required when a wall needs to be consecutively built upward. It is a climbing system for one side face walls of building walls using an integrated form and support system without staging. It is applied mainly to open sections of architecture, large bridges or dock construction.

Beam Forming Brace Frame

The Beam Forming Brace Frame is a steel truss brace frame supporting a beam side form without form ties when building architectural beam forms. It reduces form tie costs and work hours.

Table Form

The table form is a large beam system devised to install integrated joists, sleepers and floor slabs by vertical and horizontal movement and assembly. Since slab form is installed, dismantled, lifted and reinstalled using equipment, the table form can shorten the time needed for work and reduce labor costs. Table forms are mainly used to reduce the length of work needed for skyscrapers.
